By downloading or using FitAI Coach, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FitAI Coach ("the App"), operated by Baloot.my ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FitAI Coach is an AI-powered fitness coaching application that provides:

Personalised AI-generated workout plans
Daily recovery scoring based on health metrics
AI coach chat powered by Claude AI (Anthropic)
Workout logging and progress tracking
Body transformation photo tracking
Weekly training summaries and insights

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use FitAI Coach. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information during registration
Maintaining the security of your password
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription & Payment

FitAI Coach offers a free tier and a Pro subscription ("FitAI Coach Pro") at $9.99/month.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers
Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's respective refund policies

Free tier limitations include restricted AI coach messages per day and limited plan generation. Full limits are displayed in the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or tamper with the App
Share your account with other users
Upload content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on others' rights
Use the AI coach to generate harmful, abusive, or dangerous content
Misrepresent your identity or health information

6. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Important: FitAI Coach is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. The workout plans, recovery scores, and AI coaching responses are for general fitness purposes only and do not constitute professional medical, nutritional, or physiotherapy advice.

Before beginning any new exercise programme, consult with a qualified healthcare professional, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns. By using FitAI Coach, you acknowledge that:

You participate in all physical activities at your own risk
You are responsible for exercising within your personal physical limits
We are not liable for any injury or health issue arising from use of the App
The recovery score is an estimate only and should not replace professional medical assessment

7. AI-Generated Content

Workout plans and coach responses are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete or imperfect. You are responsible for evaluating whether any AI-generated workout or advice is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within FitAI Coach — including the app design, graphics, exercise images, and branding — is owned by Baloot.my or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our express written consent.

Content you create within the App (workout logs, transformation photos, personal notes) remains yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FitAI Coach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, free of errors, or that AI responses will always be accurate or appropriate for your specific needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baloot.my shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FitAI Coach, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of data, or loss of profits.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Malaysia.
