How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Open the App Store on your iPhone → tap your profile picture → Subscriptions → FitAI Coach → Cancel Subscription. Your Premium access continues until the end of the billing period.
Why isn't my Apple Health data syncing?
Go to iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → FitAI Coach and make sure Read access is enabled for Steps, Heart Rate, HRV, and Sleep Analysis. Then restart the app.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at hello@fitai.my with the subject "Delete My Account" and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
My AI coach isn't responding. What do I do?
Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, close and reopen the app. The AI coach requires an active internet connection to generate responses.
I was charged but can't access Premium features.
Go to your Profile in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." If the issue continues, email us with your Apple ID and we'll resolve it promptly.
How is my recovery score calculated?
Your daily recovery score is based on the health data synced from Apple Health — including sleep duration, resting heart rate, HRV, and step count. The AI weighs these factors to estimate how ready your body is to train today.
